The Dyson Centre have 4 tables that are able to be booked for student related activities. Whether this be for a society meeting/event or using as a colaberative space, they are able to be booked any time that the Dyson Centre is open. The tables can be booked in pairs (1 and 2 or 3 and 4) you need to book more than 2 tables, please first check with the Dyson Centre Manager here.
It is possible to re-arrange the tables and chairs into any number of configurations to suit your needs. An example layout can be seen below.
Table 1, 4 seats, with associated overhead projector* and drop down screen, note two seats have back to projector
Table 2, 4 seats, next to table 1
Table 3, 4 seats, nearest the corridor space
Table 4, 4 seats, nearest the bridge and use of the whiteboard on the wall
Bookings are open until 5pm on the day before your booking (no bookings on the day)
(Bookings for the day will be marked on the tables so as to avoid any awkward situations when you turn up for your time slot)

*The projector can be connected to personal laptops using either HDMI or VGA connectors. It also has integrated speakers allowing audio to be played.
