Impact Through Innovation Cambridge (ITIC) is a newly started society that aims to develop products for the developing world through multidisciplinary collaboration. ITIC provides a platform connecting students around the University – whether it is to pursue your own ideas or quench your thirst for problem solving.

Our aspiration is not only to conceive of novel concepts and ideas, but also to realise these ideas through design, engineering and distribution in developing countries. This is done through termly projects in smaller groups, which can be carried out in many different areas: water sanitation, electricity, shelter, transportation, health care and much more. These projects are then presented and discussed, especially in terms of the likelihood of the product to have an actual impact.

Our aim for all our products is to get them manufactured and distributed, so that we can truly make an impact.
